Over the past month, there has been an increase in the price of square meters to the level of 902 dollars per square meter.
If we take into account the indicators of the cost of apartments in the city since the beginning of this year, then we can observe a certain decrease in the cost of apartments. Since the beginning of 2012, such real estate has fallen in price by 0.12 percent from $830 per square meter. So far, no forecast regarding the value of next year’s properties has been published.
