The government of the country, in fact, as well as the Parliament, throughout 2012, showed high activity regarding the adoption of relevant provisions, which to a certain extent will have some influence on the adoption of land issues, property rights and construction in the country. As a result of such productive activities, it was possible to significantly simplify the procedures for obtaining permits in the construction industry, but the new rule for registering property rights will enter into force only next year 2013.
The unified register for registration of land and real estate rights is expected to enter into force next year. The entire registration procedure will be undertaken by the state registrar, as well as notaries. It is assumed that the documents establishing such ownership can be transferred not only in the original, but also in the format of an electronic form.
