A permit that establishes the rights, obligations and restrictions of the person who receives it in accordance with the current legislation can be obtained from representatives of local authorities in the territory where construction will be carried out. The document confirms the legality of the construction of the object, and this, in turn, implies the possibility of registering ownership of it in the future.
Once you have decided to build, you should follow these steps. First, issue a permit for the design. This, by the way, is quite troublesome, since you will have to bypass all conceivable and unimaginable instances and firms serving engineering communications and networks. You will later connect your facility to these networks for conducting water, heat, electricity, etc. d. Further, taking into account the type of construction work, it is necessary to attend to the development of project documentation in the amount that will be needed for approval and making a positive decision.
Next – again bureaucratic moments: coordination of the project with various services, and possibly state verification. After that, again coordination with firms serving engineering communications. It is they who issue their approval, which in official language is called a technical solution.
After the instances, your project will be considered by representatives of local authorities. They will approve the project, as well as issue a building permit. That is one subtlety. You may also need a “good” from the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate. When you pass this stage of red tape with papers, start building.
When the object is ready, you will go to the BTI to conduct a technical inventory and put your brainchild into operation. This is necessary to satisfy that your building complies with all norms and design decisions, and is also suitable for safe operation in the future. You may also need a document such as a certificate of conformity.
The last step will be registration on the basis of the documents that you received during the construction work, property rights and further – state registration.
